3. The three cats

Once upon a time, there lived three cats.
The biggest cat likes to run around excitedly.
The second and third cats are busy following the biggest cats around.

 

 

Step1. Rename the cat sprite to "First"

 

 

Step2. When you click on the green flag, your cat moves 10 steps in the direction of travel and bounces when it touches the wall.

 

 

Step3. Your cat(First) changes direction once every two seconds.

 

 

 

Step4. Use the "next costume" block to change shape every 0.1 second to represent a fast running shape.

 

 

 

 

Step5. Add the cat sprite and rename it "Second", Second cat is smaller than First cat. It also reduces the size from 100 to 70.

 

 

Step6. Second cat follows First cat, moving 6 steps in the direction of travel. The running speed is slower than First cat, so "next costume" every 0.2 seconds.

 

 

Step7. Add the cat sprite and rename it "Third". Third cat is shorter than Second cat. Reduce the size from 100 to 50.

 

 

Step8. Third cat moves 3 steps in the direction of travel and follows Second cat. They run very slowly, so they "next costume" every 0.3 seconds.

 

 

Step9. Click on the green flag to see the completed "The three cats" project.
